• Comment: The carpet cleaning itself appeared to be alright but after it dried I noticed there were still some stains. I had to use a towel and light detergent to do some cleaning few hours later. For me the BIG issue was Quintin changed the location of water pipe from inside the house to pipe outside the house without asking me and I did not notice. The pressure from his house caused water to splash through outside vinyl into the inside and this caused a flooding of my carpet and major stress and $dollars. I thought I had a leaking pipe so did not want to fault Quintin, but I got a very experienced plumber who realized the faucet Quintin used(which I never use as it is outside the house) had a leak that caused splashing of water through the vinyl of the house. Quintin would have caught this if he payed more attention to detail. Word of advice, follow your carpet technician all around to make sure you know what they are doing. Advice to Quintin: let home owner know what tap or faucet you are using and fill them in on the process as some people are new to carpet cleaning service
