• Comment: First, the professionalism and high level of customer service provided by GHC Building Maintenance, LLC was great. They have a very professional and polite team that communicated effectively throughout the entire process. It is getting harder to come across this level of support with many businesses - especially the big ones. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to a scheduling conflict that came about. My service appointment was at the end of the day and the scheduling was backed up from previous appointments - so it delayed my project from 5pm to ~6:30pm. However the company remained in constant communication and kept me updated the entire time. I still had to pay full price and it pushed me back until about 8pm. Other than the timeline, the carpet cleaning turned out great and I was satisfied with the results and would recommend this company to a friend.
