Ron was amazing and truly worked what we thought was a miracle on the mattresses we had cleaned. We initially were going to toss them, but I thought to call and try and get them cleaned first. SO glad i called. 2/3 mattresses we had serviced by Ron were HEAVILY stained from guests making messes and our 3 year old in his own bed during potty training times. he made them SPOTLESS and at such a great price, too. one of our mattresses especially was custom layered and Ron really did wonders although we weren't sure how clean it could get. so impressed and highly recommend Ron and his business.

We were honestly blown away at how great our service was. AND at an amazing price point. We had 3 mattresses that had a good amount of stains and messes due to our little ones and every single mattress turned out looking brand new. highly impressed and so thankful i called instead of throwing out these mattresses. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using different carpet cleaning companies over the last 4 years and what ever they use as stain remover is amazing! No has has been able to get it out but this company. I had stains on a swivel rocker for 3 years-coffee, chocolate milk. He got it out!! The stairs which as most traffic have never looked better. The employee who came was professional and was attentive to my concerns. Will be using them again in 6 months!

Ron came today and cleaned the bedrooms and staircase. He was actually on time. Very punctual. I would recommend him again & again! My staircase had serious stains. Ron got it out with no issue. I really didn’t want to walk on the carpet after he cleaned. Thank you so much Ron!

I reached out to GHC Building Maintenance because of all the positive reviews that I read personally to make a decision on choosing a reputable company that will get the job done. I contacted them and Ron, responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. We scheduled an appointment and he notified me he was on his way and arrived right on time. We did a walk through of the carpeted areas and he was honest and upfront about the specific sections I had concerns about. He did a very thorough job and I asked him right before he was done if he could take a look at my living room area rug and if we can include it in the cleaning and he was more than accommodating to spot treat the area rug and clean it too.
