• Comment: Quinton did a great job! My carpet was horrible- 3 adults, 2 teenage boys, one 7 yr old, one spoiled 65 lb dog- in a very busy household. Tried to spot clean and occasional home shampoo myself and probably did more harm than good. I didn't get a chance to vacuum prior to him coming, and just embarrassed overall by the condition of the carpet. Quinton took it all in stride, made the suggestion for deep cleaning the areas I wanted cleaned (front room, living room, stairs and hallway) at a reasonable additional fee which I expected, and got it done very efficiently. Quinton made suggestions for next time- and yes, there will definitely be a next time, for maintenance. Going on two weeks, and the spots have not come back, just like he said! Thank you GHC, and thank you Thumbtack!
