- Comment: We received a quote for one room to have the carpet cleaned and several rooms to be mopped clean. After they sent to quote and we accepted, we provided contact information for our realtor to let them in to do the work. Over a week later still not done. They won't return calls, answer emails or anything. We are stumped. We didn't do anything wrong but we're being treated like crap!
