• Comment: Contacted GHC Building Maintenance for carpet cleaning because of their high rating on Thumbtack. Quinton answered right away. We discussed what I needed, he provided a very reasonable quote, and we scheduled the cleaning for just a few days later. He was very personable and professional on the phone. He contacted me on his way over when he was about 45 min away and was right on time. Came in; looked at all the areas to be cleaned; said the quote was good - didn't upcharge or fee me any extra. He and Tory went right to work pretreating and cleaning. They were done with everything in 2 1/2 hours. All the rugs and carpets look great! I highly recommend them and will use them again. He did not ask for this review - I offered because of their exceptional service!
