• Comment: I was introduced to this business by a FaceBook ad, many of which I always thought were scams, however, found this business owner to be very responsive via Messenger. I was made aware of availability and scheduled an appointment to have all carpets in my home cleaned including stairs/closets and one room deodorized. The quote was fair.
  
  Ron called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. He arrived, let me know what to expect and quickly got to work. He patiently worked around my disabled Mom's bedroom and was very polite throughout. He even asked if I wanted to do a walkthrough to inspect, which I didn't. I felt like I could trust him. Most of all, he did not make a water mess on my laminate floors as I've experienced with other cleaners in the past.
  
  Overall, I am pleased and would use GHC's services again - probably for a carpet refresh and upholstery cleaning.
