• Comment: Phenomenal work. He’s communicative and punctual. The carpets look like new. We had tons of long-term, well-established stains removed. The shampoo solution smells pleasant and the price was competitive. It was a far better outcome than the time we tried the “no residue/environmental/dry clean” options. We’re very satisfied and will use again.
