About Ron Singletary:

I have been cleaning carpets since 2005 while in High School, helping my uncle with his janitorial company. I always had an interest in it, a couple years after graduating my entrepreneurial side kicked in and started GHC Building Maintenance. GHC is the initials of my grandmother who taught me my hard working ethics.

I graduated from WSSU with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter. With my free time I like to Travel and explore new bars and restaurants with my family. I enjoy my down time listening to music, bowling, and brewery hopping.

We were so happy with GHC Building Maintenance! Ron showed up right on time, and was very communicative and personable the whole time he was here. He cleaned two queen sized mattresses for us, and his work is excellent…they look great! I will definitely recommend their services to our friends!

Ron Singletary is the owner/operator. Ron arrived when he said he would. Ron explained what he was doing and how. Ron helped me move some small pieces of furniture for thorough cleaning. Ron explained that the cleaning process is safe for my dog to walk on, even if the carpet wasn’t completely dry. I recommend Ron’s services for your home or business.

Very thankful for GHC and for Ron, for cleaning our carpets! I am in a rental townhouse and I needed to get the carpets professionally cleaned before I moved out. I called to schedule an appointment and they were available to clean the carpets for us on the date that we needed it done by. We scheduled to get the upstairs and stairs carpet cleaned. A day before our scheduled appointment, my husband accidentally used cleaner on a wool carpet that we have, which turned the rug blue in a few areas. I called Ron to ask if he could also help us with the rug during our scheduled appointment and he said he would be happy to help! Ron arrived on time and did such an amazing job! The carpet upstairs looks brand new!! And it smells so good! Ron was also able to get the blue stains out of the wool rug! He is amazing!! We will forever use GHC for our carpet cleaning needs 🙌🏻🙌🏻 thank you Ron!!

We called 3 places to get quotes on carpet cleaning for our 3bedrooms and hallway. Ron answered the call on the first try, the other 2 places never called back. He accommodated our schedule and came out within 3 days. Best of all our carpets look like brand new. He did a fabulous job, was kind and professional, and completed the work in no time.
